Incident IQ includes the ability to track timeline changes to assets in two different manners. If you want to track broad changes to assets during a select time period, then the following options are available to you:
- Location Changed
- Owner Changed
- Status Changed
- Storage Location Changed
The top section allows you to select date ranges for asset changes base on the following options:
- This Month (Only includes the calendar days of the current month)
- Last Month (Only includes the calendar days of the last month)
- Last 7 Days
- Custom Range
Additionally, the Source drop down-menu allows you to filters asset changes based on the platform or method used to make the change and includes the following options:
- All
- Web
- Mobile
- App (This encompasses changes automatically made during syncs with outside systems)
- Import (This only includes manual imports made through the asset importer)
Unlike the other filters listed above, the Asset Field Changed allows you to set filters for assets to track more granular changes. This includes if a particular asset has been changed during a select time period, as well as if a particular agent or admin has made certain changes to assets during the selected time period.
Underneath the timeline selector, you will see the Change Options where you will have three additional optional filters you can setup to further refine your search. The Field changed drop down-menu allows you to filters asset changes based on the following changes to the following information:
- All Fields
- Asset Status Type
- Location
- Owner
- Storage Location
The Change made by drop-down menu allows you to only looks for devices changed by a certain agent or admin in the system based on your other filter settings.
And finally, the Assets drop-down allows you to see if a particular assets has been changed during the selected time period according to your other filter settings.
