Dashboard — General information about tickets you have submitted.   Submit Ticket — Submit a new hardware to incident.  View Tickets — Gives a full view of tickets that are open, waiting on you, and resolved. Other — Options to view/edit your profile, check your notification settings, view our about page, and logout of your Incident IQ Mobile account.
