Setting iiQ Mobile to their district address
When opening the iiQ Mobile app for the first time you will need to enter your district address based on your school system. This is the same address used to navigate to Incident IQ on a non-mobile device (example: tammany.incidentiq.com).

Important Note: If you do not know your district address please contact your local IT help desk for further assistance.
Logging in Manually
To log into the app manually you will need to provide your username and password associated with your account. Once entered simply tap Login.

Important Note: You will need to contact your IT administration team if you have any questions or need any help with your login credentials.

Logging in with a Single Sign-On Service
Incident IQ Mobile is also capable of utilizing Google or Microsoft Azure’s Single Sign-On feature. If your district has integrated this functionality into Incident IQ then a new icon will appear above the normal login field. Select this button to continue.

At this point, you will be asked to provide your district login credentials for your first time logging in. After this one time sign-on, you’ll be able to sign on with one tap simply by selecting the SSO button from now on.

Important Note: You will need to contact your IT administration team if you have any questions or need any help with your Single Sign-On login credentials.
