How do I adjust the display of tickets?

To adjust display of tickets, click on the drop-down arrow next to your profile name and select “Options”. Next select the “Settings” tab and under the “Tickets” section you can adjust the following:  Default Page Size Include Unassigned Tickets Show Ticket Description Show Ticket Tooptips 

How do I change the urgency of a ticket?

This is a selection that you can make during ticket generation. By default this option is always marked as not being urgent unless changed. You can also change the urgency of an already generated ticket. While on the ticket screen simply select More > Mark Urgent / Mark Not Urgent.
