Guide Overview
The Infinite Campus Integration allows administrators to seamlessly integrate Infinite Campus with Incident IQ by automating most aspects of your data upload. This provides administrators the ability to easily manage the sync and mapping options for users, groups, and locations between the two programs in one convenient location. The following guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate the Infinite Campus with Incident IQ.

Setup and Installation
Please note that all information entered during installation can be edited at any time after setup. For more details, refer to the app management article here.
Before beginning the app installation process, you will need to first enable vendor access for Incident IQ in Infinite Campus. To enable a connection, select the application from the Learning Interoperability tool or click Add Application.
From here, expand the OneRoster 1.1 Connections section. Next, click on Generate New OneRoster 1.1 Credentials. This will create a set of credentials that are enabled by default. Renew is enabled by default. Toggle to No to disable.
Please take note of the following information at this time as it will be required during the next installation stages:
- API URL
- Consumer Key
- Consumer Secret
- Token Expiration Date
Once you complete the vendor set up in Infinite Campus and have the above information you will need to now log into Incident IQ. On the left navigation bar click on Incident IQ Apps > Browse.
Under the section containing Click on the Infinite Campus App and then select Install to begin.
Step one of the installation process simply provides an overview of what the Infinite Campus Integration will install into Incident IQ. Select Continue once you are ready to proceed to step two.
The part of step two you will need to enter your OneRoster version 1.1 Url (v1p1), consumer key, consumer secret, and your token expiration date. Each of these fields must be filled out in order to continue. Once you have completed this section select Validate & Save to proceed.
In the next step, you will be asked to match Infinite Campus locations to Incident IQ locations. You do not have to set all locations at this time, but you will be required to at least provide a Default Location. This is the location that accounts imported from Infinite Campus are assigned when they do not match your location mappings. When you are ready to proceed select Continue.
Before moving on to step three, you may make changes to any section by clicking on any of the checked settings. When you are ready to proceed select Continue. Step three select which models to use in ticketing.
At this time you will be asked to review all of the changes that are about to be made to your Incident IQ site. Before moving on please keep in mind that after the installation process begins it cannot be stopped. Once you have completed your review select Install App to begin the integration process.
Once the installation process has completed you can now access the app management page to make any additional setting changes, as well as run your first data sync.
