
Important Note: If a user account is created through an integration with an outside application then you will not have the option to delete the user account. In these cases, you will need to adjust settings within your apps to automatically deactivate inactive user accounts.
Any user account that was manually created in Incident IQ can be deleted. This applies to any account authenticated by Local Provider as noted in the top right of the user profile section.

To delete this type of user, simply select Actions > Delete User on their profile page. Please note that there is currently no option to delete user accounts from the system in bulk.
