Important Note: This FAQ is designed for users with the Agent and Administrator role in Incident IQ. If you are a staff or faculty user checking out assets through the My Classes feature go here instead.
You can quickly check-in/check-out assets to users in Incident IQ by selecting Assets > Check In/Out on the left navigation bar.
This will take you to the Assets Check In/Out page. From here you can use the search bar to search by asset tag or serial number for the asset you want to check in or out. Once you’ve located the device, you can check it in if it’s currently assigned to a user or you can check it out if the device is currently unassigned.
