Dashboard Overview

  1. Menu — Pop-out for more features inside of Incident IQ Mobile.
  2. Search Bar — Used for searching through the tickets you have submitted.
  3. Open Tickets — Tickets that you have submitted that have not been resolved yet.
  4. Resolved Tickets — Tickets that you have submitted that have been resolved.
  5. Waiting On You — Tickets that you have submitted that are now waiting on further action from you.
  6. Submit Ticket — Submit a new incident ticket.
