This course is all about users . Learn how to install and configure your Single Sign On integration, allowing easy access to the Incident IQ platform. Teachers, students, and staff already have enough on their mind — don’t make them learn an extra password.  Integrate with your district’s Student Information System to bring in valuable data like roster and schedule data. Learn how to navigate and use Users Explorer. As well as creating custom views to easily access reports regarding users. Create teams to easily assign tickets to agents. Site Options allow you to customize how you and your users interact with Incident IQ.
