About this course:

This course will cover the Premium Apps that assist with the information needed to connect with the end user within Incident IQ. The Password Assistant app supports all major Single Sign-Ons to automate password resets and recovery, while the Policy Manager app creates and manages various student and employee policies. Then, Support Scheduler is a simple way to schedule support sessions, and Support Messenger is a real-time communication tool for Incident IQ users.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • Automate password resets with the Password Assistance App
  • Create and distribute policies with the Policy Manager App
  • Schedule support sessions with Support Scheduler
  • Use real-time collaboration with Support Messenger

This course is broken out into different lessons. To set yourself up for success, we recommend taking all the lessons.
